The organization consists of an Advisory Board, Educational Board,the team of our people are located at three centers New Delhi, Patna and Hyderabad situated in three different states of the country .Originally, the Chamber of Mr. P.S. Mishra, Senior Advocate, the organization became MSMishraassoc after his elevation as a Judge of Patna High Court. At present the Advisory Board has eminent personalities whose guidance we value. Mr. Justice Prabha Shanker Mishra (Ex Chief Justice Andhra Pradesh High Court and Kolkatta High Court) is an eminent jurist and one of the top lawyers in India.He is also on the Board of Directors of several top companies. He was the lead Counsel in Bihar State Corporations case effecting the lives of more than 10,000 employees in the State of Bihar.Shri Suraj Narain Prasad Sinha, is one of the top lawyers from Bihar and is the Chairman,Bar Council of India.Our team of lawyers have worked in Arbitration, Corporate Laws, Civil and Criminal litigations and have an impeccable record.Honest and focussed hard work has paved the way for bigger achievements.

Our Education Board comprises Dr. Asha Tripathi (Historian), Dr.A.K.Upadhyay (Constitutional Law  Expert), K.D.Chatterjee, and Prof Baccha Tiwari ( eminent Mathematician and Rtd. HOD of Deptt. of Mathematics). The Publications Division is an internationally known publishing house having established itself in a highly competitive environment with an impeccable reputation. It only publishes peer reviewed works of an original character which the Board approves.Law Digests, textbooks, legal references and case law digests,howsoever, useful to law students,professionals,jurists do not find favor with our Board. We value their opinion and publish only original works. Two of our works have formal acknowledgement from the most prestigious Learned Society, the London Mathematical Society.We are committed to publish original and ground breaking works.

The prestigious Late Pandit Vasudeo N Mishra Memorial Moot Court Competition Shield is the oldest in the State of Bihar and its organization is under the guidance of the President, Patna Law College Alumni Association. Freeships and Scholarships are at the discretion of the Advisory Board.

3 August 2007 (IANS)        A Bench of Supreme Court of  India comprising Chief Justice K. G. Balakrishnan, Justice Tarun Chatterjee and R.V. Raveendran rejected the contention of Mr. P. S. Mishra against the Indo-US Nuclear Deal and dismissed the petition which sought wider consultation and following of the Parliamentary Procedure.

19/02/2010- A Division Bench of Supreme Court of India issues notice in Transfer Petition( Civil) Nos 191-194 in the matter of Karmapa Charitable Trust, East Sikkim through its Trustee Kunzig Shamar Rinpoche versus State of Sikkim through Chief Secretary, & Goshir Gyaltsab Rinpoche r/o Dharma Chakra Centre, Rumtek, Sikkim & Ors.
