He was the lead Counsel in Bihar State Corporations case effecting the lives of more than 10,000 employees in the State of Bihar.Shri Suraj Narain Prasad Sinha, is one of the top lawyers from Bihar and is the Chairman,Bar Council of India.Our team of lawyers have worked in Arbitration, Corporate Laws, Civil and Criminal litigations and have an impeccable record.Honest and focussed hard work has paved the way for bigger achievements.

Our Education Board comprises Dr. Asha Tripathi (Historian), Dr.A.K.Upadhyay (Constitutional Law  Expert), K.D.Chatterjee, and Prof Baccha Tiwari ( eminent Mathematician and Rtd. The prestigious Late Pandit Vasudeo N Mishra Memorial Moot Court Competition Shield is the oldest in the State of Bihar and its organization is under the guidance of the President, Patna Law College Alumni Association. Freeships and Scholarships are at the discretion of the Advisory Board.

3 August 2007 (IANS)        A Bench of Supreme Court of  India comprising Chief Justice K. G. Balakrishnan, Justice Tarun Chatterjee and R.V. Raveendran rejected the contention of Mr. P. S. Mishra against the Indo-US Nuclear Deal and dismissed the petition which sought wider consultation and following of the Parliamentary Procedure.
